Phosphate analyser without filtration
Phosphate measurement in wastewater treatment poses many problems; one of the most serious is filtering the sample properly so that the analyser measures correctly.
We present a compact online phosphate analyser that requires no filtration to take measurements.
The colorimetric method detects low concentrations without prior filtration, thanks to an innovative spectrometer.
It comes as standard with an automatic cleaning system that minimises maintenance and ensures good accuracy over long periods.
No filtration
Multi-wavelength technology allows dirty water to be measured without filtration.
Automatic cleaning
Automatic cleaning by injecting dilute acid into the measuring cell is a proven method that also preserves the analyser's performance even when used with raw sewage.
Built-in data logger
Measurements are time- and date-stamped and stored in non-volatile memory with capacity for more than 10,000 measurements.

Measuring range:
Low range: 0.02 – 1 mg/L PO4-P (rivers, drinking water)
High range: 0.2 – 10 mg/L PO4-P (industrial effluents, wastewater treatment)
Accuracy:
Low range: 2 % or 0.01 mg/L PO4-P
High range: 2 % or 0.1 mg/L PO4-P
Operating temperature: 5 °C – 50 °C
Outputs: 4 – 20 mA isolated
Communication: RS232 connection for transmitting measurement results and configuration
Power supply:
Mains: 90 – 240 V AC, 50-60 Hz, 60 W
